Drawing on records archived in the RAF College supplemented by further research on the intenet, this album chronicals the training aircraft employed at RAF Cranwell.

Whilst researching and cataloguing the College archive in 2017/18, we stumbled upon a number of isolated items that have an intrinsic value and add to the story of the College's history. This album presents a selection.

This album gives an explanation of prizes awarded at graduations and lists the lucky prize winners.

This album is sourced from two documents found in the Colllege archive, listing the many trophies held on the College inventory.

Arguably one of the more fascinating finds in the College archive was a beatuifully maintained, handwritten ledger of all the flight cadets to have received a bravery award or an honour durng their careers.

This album records for posteririty some of the key entries and personalities that epitomise the Cranwellian Association.

Rather than taking the RAF College's archived records at face value, we have endeavoured to verify their contents with other publicly available material. This album lists the reference source documents we have used and, in many instances, directs the reader to where copies may be obtained.

Chapter 5 of our Tour Guide Presentation focuses on the Library, arguably the jewel in the CHOM crown.

For obvious reasons (e.g. GDPR), we are precluded from exposing sensitive detail on individual Cranwellians. That said, we are in a position to deliver information in response to to legitimate enquiries, for example, from relatives. This album merely illustrates the databases that we have created that enable us to create verified albums held on this website.

This album is an edited version of the catalogue we created on the contents of the RAF College's archive. It was accurate at the time of composition (September 2018), but we are aware that the archive has since been relocated and items may have been removed.
